how it all started
My journey began 5 years ago after leaving the very stressful corporate world and moving just outside JHB to a beautiful small holding.Giving up my suits and high heels in exchange for gum boots and jeans was the best thing I ever did for myself and for my family.
It was here I learnt to love and appreciate the land, surrounded by stunning sunsets, plants and my precious animals, I became whole again. Starting from humble beginnings, growing and learning about superfoods has become my passion.
Last year after suddenly losing my beloved Dad to cancer, I realised there is a need for proper nutrition for chronically ill people. At the time, I was so stressed, heartbroken and panicked I could not think straight. The last thing I wanted to do was spend hours making bone broth when I could be spending time with him but I also knew jelly and custard were not good for him.
I am sure there are many people in the same or a similar situation.
With this in mind and as qualified chef I have put together nutrient dense meals using super foods and I have found my niche in food and healing.

We know chronic disease is a never ending fight, every time you eat or drink you are either feeding or fighting chronic disease.
